Agreement

By accessing or using https://web.citytrack.lk (“the Website”) and placing orders with CityTrack GPS (Pvt) Ltd (“CityTrack”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

About CityTrack

Accounts

You may browse without an account. To checkout, track orders, or manage your profile, you may need to register. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate name, phone, email, and delivery information.

Products and pricing

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur. • Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise. • We may change prices, offers, and stock availability at any time. The price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. • GPS devices may require compatible SIM/data plans, installation, or platform subscriptions not always included in the device price unless clearly stated on the product page.

Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders (for example due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). • Payment methods shown at checkout may include card payments, bank transfer, or other options we enable. • For bank transfer orders, payment must be completed as instructed; orders may be held until payment is verified. • You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Delivery and installation

Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Installation, wiring, and platform setup may be arranged separately. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.

Use of GPS products

You must use GPS devices and tracking platforms lawfully. You are responsible for obtaining consent where required (for example when tracking employees or third-party vehicles) and for complying with applicable laws in Sri Lanka.

Intellectual property

Website content, logos, text, and images belong to CityTrack or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse content without permission.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false orders, abuse support channels, or interfere with site security.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CityTrack is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or products. GPS accuracy depends on networks, satellites, and device installation; we do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking in all conditions.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes should first be raised with us at [email protected].
