Delivery coverage
CityTrack GPS (Pvt) Ltd delivers orders within Sri Lanka through trusted courier partners. Islandwide delivery is available subject to courier coverage. Remote or difficult areas may take longer.
Order processing
• Orders are processed on business days after payment confirmation. • Bank transfer orders are processed after payment is verified. • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page or during high-demand periods.
Shipping fees
• Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. • Free shipping offers, when available, apply only to qualifying orders and destinations shown at checkout. • Any customs or unusual access fees outside standard courier rates are the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, courier backlog, or incorrect address details. Typical ranges:
• Colombo and suburbs: often 1–3 business days after dispatch • Other districts: often 3–7 business days after dispatch
You will receive contact from the courier or our team when dispatch is arranged.
Address and receiving
• Provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number. • Someone should be available to receive the parcel. Re-delivery attempts may depend on the courier. • We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect phone or address information supplied by the customer.
Installation and pickup
Professional installation may be booked separately. Some customers collect from our office in Madapatha by prior arrangement—contact us before visiting.
Damaged or missing parcels
Inspect parcels on delivery when possible. Report visible damage or missing items within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number to [email protected].
